Analysis The Characteristic Of The Perinatal Infant Death In Shanxi

Object: To investigate the perinatal infant death in Shanxi province .And to analysis the majoy influencing factors of the death reasons. To provide the scientific identification for proventing methods.Method: The total cases of perinatal infant death were collected from 33 counties in Shanxi from 1999~2003 . The analysis was done with spss 10.0 for windows. Multimial logistic regression was used for multivariates analysis.Result: The perinatal infant mortality of Shanxi was 17.5‰. The rate was steady and higher in these 5 years(X~2=3.29,p>0.05) . The sequence of the perinatal infant death is that the first is malformation, the second is infant reasons, the third is unknown reasons, The fouth is pregnancy following disease.
