Objective To investigate hemorheological characters in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and determine the risk factors of hemorheology. Methods The hemorheological parameters between the group with ICH and the control group were compared . All patients with ICH were divided into different groups according to the volume of hematoma and bleeding part by CT. The changes of hemorheological parameters in different groups were observed . The possible risk factors of hemorrheology ( hypertensive disease, diabetes, hyperlipemia, coronary artery disease, hematoma volume, bleeding part, hematoma invading cerebral ventricle, blood pressure ,diet state, temperature, dehydration drugs, prognosis ) were probed. The related risk factors were analyzed by binary logistic regression method . Results (1) There was significant difference in all hemorheological parameters between the group with ICH and the control group. All hemorheological parameters in the group with ICH were higher than the control group ( P<0.05) . (2) With hematoma volume increasing, the blood viscosity became significantly higher (P<0.05). (3)The defferent parts of hematoma had defferent effects on the blood viscosity. (4) There were six risk factors influencing whole blood viscosity in high shear , which were hypertensive disease, diabetes, coronary artery disease, hematoma volume, diet state and dehydration drugs . There were four risk factors influencing Hct, which were bleeding part, hyperlipemia, diet state and dehydration drugs . Conclusions (1)Hypercoagulability and hyperviscosity exist in patients with acute ICH. The hemorheological parameters are influenced by hematoma volume and bleeding part. (2) The main risk factors inducing hyperviscosity are hypertensive disease, diabetes, coronary artery disease, hyperlipemia, hematoma volume, bleeding part, diet state and dehydration drugs. |
