The Observation Of WeiYanQing Capsule's Curative Effect In Treating Chronic Superficial Gastritis With Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Purpose: To observe curative effect of WeiYanQing capsule in treating chronic superficial gastritis infected with helicobacter pylori(HP) and to explore its operation mechanism of curing chronic superficial gastritis . It is made up of Radix coptidis root, Herba taraxaci, Fructus citri sarcodactylis, Radix notoginseng and Radix astragali, it has the function of clearing heat and expelling dampness, promoting qi circulation and promoting blood circulation, supporting genuine qi etc.Method : Observe the clinical symptom improvement, the improvement of gastric mucosa's inflammation in electro-gastroscope examination, the improvement of gastric mucosa's inflammation in histology, the rate of eliminating HP and the rate of curing HP for good and the compositive curative effect of the 152 patients who took orally WeiYanQing capsule to treat chronic superficial gastritis. And compare with the history matched controlled group of the 43 patients who took orally Denol(colloidal bismuth subcitrate) to treat chronic superficial gastritis.Result:Clinical symptom effect: The treatment group was better than the matched controlled group in the improvement of midsectional distension, eructation and loss of appetite(P<0. 05). White compared with the matched controlled group, the improvement of stomach-ache and acid regurgitation had no significant differences.Curative effect in electro-gastroscope examination : Completelyrecovered rate of the treatment group was 24.09%, significant effect rate was 45. 78%, effect rate was 21. 69%, inefficiency rate was 8. 43%; completely recovered rate of the matched controlled group was 20.93%, significant effect rate was 48. 78%, effect rate was 13. 95%, inefficiency rate was 16. 28%. Tested by Ridit, it showed the treatment group was better than the matched controlled group in curative effect in elcctro-gastroscope examination (P<0. 05).Improvement of gastric mucosa's inflammation in histology: Completely recovered rate of the treatment group was 24.22%, significant effect rate was 46. 88%, effect rate was 20. 31%, inefficiency rate was 8. 43%; completely recovered rate of the matched controlled group was 20.93%, significant effect rate was 48. 78%, effect rate was 13. 95%, inefficiency rate was 16. 28%. Analyzed by Ridit Test, it showed the treatment group was better than the matched controlled group in improvement of gastric mucosa's inflammation in histology(P<0.05).The rate of eliminating HP and curing HP for good: The treatment group' s rate of eliminating HP was 57.0%; the matched controlled group's was 34. 9%. Analyzed by x~2 Test, significant differences was found between the two group, P<0. 05. The treatment group' s rate of curing HP for good was 37.9%; the matched controlled group's was 32.5%. Analyzed by x~2 Test, no significant differences was found between the two group, P>0.05.Compositive curative effect: In the treatment group, 74(57.8 %) cases were cured, 33(25.8%) cases had significant effect, 9(7.0%) cases were effective, 12(9.4%) cases had no effect, general effect rate was 90.6%; in the matched controlled group, 15(34.9%) cases were cured, 11(25.6%) cases had significant effect, 9(20.9%) cases were effective, 8(18.6%) cases had no effect, general effect rate was 81.4%. Analyzed by Ridit Test, P<0.05, it had significant differences between the two group. Among all syndrome of TCM, the completely recovered rate of the syndrome of dampness-heat in the spleen and the stomach was highest, reached 50. 79.
