| Objective : The article was to evaluate the efficacy of Du-moxibustion on Ankylosing Spondylitis with disorder of gut-mucosal immunity and discuss the mechanism there might be. Methods : 60 cases were selected, and were divided into two groups at random.30 cases were treated with Du-moxibustion, while the other 30 cases, as Control group, were treated with needle warming through moxibustion and cupping. Result: The total effective rate of Du-Moxibustion group was 93.33%, of needle warming through moxibustion and cupping group was 76.67%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Concludes : Du-moxibustion had the function of diminishing inflammation and easing pain,eliminating entterritis;adjusting disorder of gut-mucosal immunity, decreasing gut permeative function,controlling invasion of bacteria and toxin in intestinal canal, reducing recrudesce of AS,and its curative effect is better than needle warming through moxibustion and cupping. |
