Increasing endothelin leads to strongly contracting of mesenterium cells, so a large amount of inflectional mediator release, and worsen chemia of kidney, speed up glomerular sclerosis. Therebefore, anti-endothelin treat will be a new way to prevent and treat CGN. It can extension blood vessel, degrade blood pressure, prevent platelet aggregation, and promote microcirculation. It is used in treating cardial vessels and cerebral vessels disease. This topic is about treating CGN with Lig, the purpose is to observate the influence of Lig to renal function protein urine, metabolism of lipid, and approach its mechanism. The study choose 58 patients from TCM department and renal medical department, including 35 males and 23 females, age 18-65, average 38.5±13.2, according to randomization to treat group and control group. All patients consistent with the diagnosis standard. Two groups were treated with regular methods. Patients in treating group use Lig injection 100 mg qdiv D, z weeks in succession. Constract the change of renal fuction (BUN, CRE),and protein urine/24h, LDL with pretherapy, ET . The result indicates: ①The patients'(using Lig)BUN,CRE decreased predominately, Dealed with statistics (P<0.01, P<0.001), difference is significant. ②Lig can decrease protein urine of CGN.
