Objective To evaluate clinical effects on intravenous anesthesiawith remifentanil or fentanyl combined with propofol in the thoracicoperation in a randomized controlled study. Methods: Fortyambulatory adult ASA physical status I and II patients scheduled forthoracic operation were randomized divided into to groups. Their ageswere between 40~77.Group R were received remifentanil ,and group Freceived fentanyl ,both through TCI. In both groups anesthesia wasstarted by atropine 0.01mg/kg half hour before operation, induced byremifentanil or fentanyl 2.5μg/kg combined with propofol 1~2mg/kgwithin 30s , and maintained with remifentanil 0.2μg/kg or fentanyl0.03μg/kg combined with propofol 100~150μg/kg per min andvecuronium 0.06mg/kg intermittently. Intubation was facilitated withvecuronium 0.08~0.12mg/kg. And the patients were mechanicallyventilated (Vt 8~10ml/kg,RR10~13 bpm). The variables recorderswere age ,sex, weight, changes of hemodynamics, of drugs and timearound the operation and side effects after operation Result: The...
