Study On Immunoregulation And Anti-mutagenic Actions Of The Polysaccharide (SPA) From Ganoderma Tsugae

The aim of this rerseach is to study the effects of immunoregulation and anti-mutagenic activity of polysaccharide SPA. The polysaccharide SPA was isolated and purified from Ganoderma tsugae. For examining the effects of immunoregulation of SPA, the lymphocyte proliferation test, the activity of the natural killer cell and the phagocytosed test of the celiac macrophages of mice had been operated.The results showed that SPA obviously induced proliferation of the splenic lymphocytes in healthy mice and tumor S180-bearing mice. It also was found that SPA could remarkably enhance the antipersonnel activity of NK cell and the phagocytosed action of the celiac macrophage of mice.
