Main function of HLA-II is conveyingectogenesis antigen polypeptide to CD⁴⁺cell and produce immuneresponse .Because of HLA-II central action on regulating immuneand their extensive polymorphism, it has displayed manypredisposition to many disease that have immune tendency.Psoriasis usually distributes in family,it tell us that inheritancetakes part an important role in the disease.Presently most scholars think that psoriasis is a kind ofpolygene disease. International HLA Organization's study infamilies has proved the relation between HLA-II gene withpsoriasis, In HLA molecular DRB1 has most polymorphism. Itincludes more than 160 alleles and have decisive action aboutimmune response, moreover HLA DRB1 typing technique is mostmature, so we pay attention to HLA DRB1 in order to study therelation between psoriasis with HLA DRB1.Through literature search, the relation between psoriasis andHLA-DRB1 19 alleles has not been reported by PCR/ SSP methodin china. foreign articles mostly involve in psoriasis arthritis andrheumatism arthritis.Through reseach Gladman DD findHLA-DRB1*04 is predisposing gene in psoriasis arthritis.Thisarticle use PCR/SSP method to study 80 cases of jilin area Hannationality psoriasis and 82 cases of normal control.we analysetheir 19 alleles of HLA-DRB1 in order to find the gene type andgene frequency, screen out useful gene,there are two types differentin gene frequency. In psoriasis HLA-DRB1*1 gene frequency is1.2%, HLA-DRB1*7 gene frequency is 9.9%. In observing groupand normal group,the above two gene frequency is 6.7% and3.6%.mantel-hanszel chi-square formula is adapted.The two groupChi-square value is 6.50,5.52 ,there is significant differencebetween observing group and normal group(p<0.05).Every allele iscompared and is calculated with OR,the OR of HLA-DRB1*1 is0.17, HLA-DRB1*7 is 3.17.
