Effect Of Nitric Oxide Nitric Oxide Synthase And Manifestation From Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoryis Treated By Sentcosus Harms Freeze-Dry Injection

OBJECTIVE:To study the effect and mechanism of angina pectoris treated by sentcosus harms freed-dry injection.METHOD:60 patients with angina pectoris(the type of qi deficiency and blood stasis)were divided into treating groop with sentcosus harms freed-dry injection and control groop with sentcosus harms injection. A randomized, single-blind, parallel, antitheses method was used in the observation.Changes of the symptoms,the syndromes of traditional medicine, ECG, blood rheology, serum Notric oxide and serum nitric oxide synthasis of patients were recorded.RESULT:The sentcosus harms freed dry injection can relieave the symptoms of Angina Pectoris and the syndrome of traditional medicine,recover ECG and blood rheology.increase the NO and NOS serum concentration of patients.
