| This research probes into the treatment function of JiaJi electropuncture to the spinal cord injury's Wistar rats, and probes into the wave choice of JiaJi electropuncture.Two hundred grow up, healthy, male Wistar rats were equally divided into F group (at 6 hour,gived treatment after the model) and G group (at 12 hour,gived treatment after the model) at random, the big every group is 100 respectively.Afterward, F group and G group were equally divided into five small groups,MiBo electropuncture treatment group, SuBo electropuncture treatment group, Dexamenthasome (DXM) treatment group, Model contrast group, False operation contrast group respectively,at random.Then,every small group were equally divided into four time groups, 1 day group, 3 days group,7 days group, 14 days group respectively,at random, every time group had 4 Wistar rats. To MiBo electropuncture treatment group, SuBo electropuncture treatment group, Dexamenthasome (DXM) treatment group, Model contrast group , the spinal cord injury models were established on Freeman-Wright's method(FD method).After these ,according to respectively group , Wistar rats were gived respectively handle .At last ,these were gived FD method' grade and observed the positive cell's expression result of Nerve growth factors (NGF) and Braixr derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) though immunohisto-chemistry ,to the spinal cord injury of Wistar rats.The result shows that JiaJi electropuncture can improve Wistar rat's motor and sensory function, the grade of MiBo electropuncture treatment group is better than those of SuBo electropuncture treatment group and Dexamenthasome treatment group; JiaJi electropuncture can improve the positive cell's expression result of Nerve growth factors and Braixr derived... |
