Clinical Research On The Effect Of YiQiHua YuXiaoZheng Decoction In Treating The Myoma Of Uterus

Objective To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of YiQiHuaYuXiao Zheng(YQHYXZ) Decoction to treat the myoma of uterus. Methods 60 patients with Myoma of uterus diagnosed Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome were divided randomly into test group (30 cases, treated with YQHYXZ) and control group (30 cases, treated with GuiZhiFuLing capsule).Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs, size of the myoma, blood supply of uterus, serum hormones(E₂ , P)levels, blood rheology and immunity. Results The total effective rate of the test group were 90%, while those of the control group were 63.33%.The difference between them was significant (P<0.05) .YQHYXZ is effective to improve the symptom, physical sign and blood rheology and contract the size of myoma. After treatment , YQHYXZ can increase CD3 , CD4 and decrease CD8 in serum with accordingly heightening the ratio of CD4/ CD8.Also the activity of NK cell was increased significantly. The test group is superior to the control one ( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion YQHYXZ can contract the myoma and improve the clinicial symptoms obviously.The effect may be achieved by improving the blood rheology, rectifying the immunity dysfunction. In addition, the side effect such as amenorrhea did not occur , while YQHYXZ did not decrease the level of E₂ and P in serum.
