| On the base of reviewing treatment and research on AFL by TCM and modern medicine, this article considers that people with liver Qi deficiency is liable to suffer from AFL and that alcohol toxicity can injure liver directly as pathogenic factor, the critical pathology is liver Qi deficiency and damp pathogen retention with blood stasis obstructing blood vessels.
