Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver-Depression-Kidney-Deficiency-Type In Early Menstruation With Liver Soothing And Kidney Tonifying Method

Objective The purpose of this paper is to observe the clinical efficacy of liver soothing and kidney tonifying in the treatment of premenstrual patients,which with liver-depression-kidney-deficiency-type.Make an objective and true evaluation,summarize the clinical experience of the tutor,and seek a better treatment for premenstrual patients with liver-depression-kidney-deficiency-type.Methods There were 60 cases of premenstrual patients with liver-depression-kidney-deficiency-type meeting the inclusion criteria of this study,assigned to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated by oral Chinese medicine decoction of liver soothing and kidney tonifying.The control group was treated with oral Dydrogesterone Tablets.The above patients were followed up to record the menstruation,TCM syndrome integral,progesterone level,days of high basal body temperature before and after treatment.It was using statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two methods.Results 1.The difference between the two groups before and after menstrual cycle treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after menstrual cycle treatment(P>0.05).2.The BBT condition of the two groups was compared before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of BBT status between the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison between the two groups before and after progesterone treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of progesterone between the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Comparison of therapeutic effects of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of TCM group was 93.33% while of the control group was 83.33%.Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).It shows that the clinical efficacy of TCM group is better than that of control group.5.Clinical efficacy comparison: The total effective rate of TCM group was 93.33% while of the control group was 83.33%.Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).It shows that the clinical efficacy of TCM group is better than that of control group.6.After 3 menstrual cycles of drug withdrawal,the menstrual cycles of both groups were followed up.There was no statistically significant difference in Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It was found that both methods can improve the menstrual cycle and color,increased progesterone levels and improve BBT condition quality in this study.But the TCM group can significantly improve the TCM syndrome and has more advantages in the long-term curative effect.
