Study On Influential Factors Of Chemical Elements In Radix Glehniae

To determine the standard plantation rules of Radix Glehniae, ensure and stabilize and the quality of Radix Glehniae, establish the quality standard of Radix Glehniae, promote the comprehensive development and utilization of Radix Glehniae, the content of various carbohydrates, proteins, amino acid, various inorganic elements, imperatorin and extract were measured, and this study also assessed the content of organic substance and various inorganic elements in the soil acquired from the native place of Radix Glehniae. Also, the natural distribution pattern and various influential factors of chemical elements in the toots of Radix Glehniae were explored.The results demonstrated that, the content of soluble rough polysarccharide and soluble proteins are higher in the thinner part of Radix Glehniae roots than other parts; the absorption and utilization of Radix Glehniae on nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium in the soil are selective; the soil nutrients have little influence on the rough polysarccharide in the Radix Glehniae; the best fertilizer is high effective organic ferment, the next is compound fertilizer of potassium sulfate, compound fertilizer containing Ca, Mg and Phosphor elements, carbamide, (NH₄)₂HPO₄ and K₂SO₄; the gathering time is suitable between the middle ten days of September and October; the peeling in the traditional manufacture process has no practical value in addition to increasing the content of amylum and improving the outward appearance, therefore, should be modified.
