Objiective:Through the study on the characters and effective components components of Aurantii fructus and Glehniae Radix,the best processing technology of two Chinese herbal decoction pieces of Aurantii fructus and Glehniae Radix was optimized.Then the characters,thin layer,moisture,ash,extract and active components of Aurantii fructus and Glehniae Radix were studied,and the quality standard draft of the pieces of Aurantii fructus and Glehniae Radix was drawn up.On this basis,this study also carried out on the preparation of the level of Glehniae Radix.At the same time,the packing materials,packaging and storage methods of Glehniae Radix were also studied,and the most suitable packing and storage methods were selected.Methods:(1)Orthogonal test design and comprehensive weighted scoring method were used to optimize the processing technology of Aurantii fructus and Glehniae Radix.(2)With reference to the corresponding methods in the fourth general principles of the Chinese pharmacopoeia(2015),the characteristics description,TLC identification,moisture,ash,extract and the content determination of effective components of the prepared pieces of Aurantii fructus and Glehniae Radix were conducted.(3)The classification of Radix Glehniae decoction pieces was carried out by the combination of the traditional characters and the physical and chemical identification.(4)The water content,ash content,extract content and five kinds of coumarin content of Radix Glehniae were used as evaluation indexes.The comprehensive weighted scoring method was used to select the most suitable packaging and storage method.Results:(1)The best processing technology of integrated Aurantii fructus pieces: The fresh Aurantii fructus was harvested,since the central cut in half,to the pulp,making 3 mm thickness of flake,50 ? drying 4 h;The best processing technology of traditional Aurantii fructus pieces: The fresh Aurantii fructus was harvested,since the central cut in half,60 ? in the oven bake for 18 h,take the medicine,to remove impurities,wash and remove,24 h,embellish system to pulp,making 3 mm thickness of filamentous,50 ? drying 4 h;The best processing technology of raw Radix Glehniae: Take the original medicinal materials,washed to remove impurities,and 24 h embellish system,cutting 5 mm short,60 ? dry;The best processing technology of honeyed Radix Glehniae: Add 1:1 mixture of honey and water(w/w)and join the clean Radix Glehniae slices(per 100 g north sand in refining honey 25 g),mix well,stuffy embellish 40 min,150 ?(bottom of the pot temperature)fire main 30 min.(2)Quality Standard for integrated Aurantii fructus pieces: The moisture content shall not exceed 10.0%,the total ash content shall not exceed 6.0%,the alcohol soluble extract content shall not be less than 22.0%,the naringin content shall not be less than 5.0%,and the new hesperidin content shall not be less than 4.0%;Quality Standard for traditional Aurantii fructus pieces: The moisture content shall not exceed 8.5%,the total ash content shall not exceed 6.0%,the alcohol soluble extract content shall not be less than 24.0%,the naringin content shall not be less than 4.0%,and the new hesperidin content shall not be less than 3.0%;Quality Standard for raw Radix Glehniae: The moisture content shall not exceed 13.0%,the total ash content shall not exceed 4.0%,the acid-insoluble ash shall not exceed 1.0%,the watersoluble extract content shall not be less than 38.0%,the alcohol-soluble extract content shall not be less than 20.0%,and the total content of 5 coumarins shall not be less than 0.01mg/g.Quality Standard for honeyed Radix Glehniae: The moisture content shall not exceed 11.0%,the total ash content shall not exceed 3.5%,the acid-insoluble ash shall not exceed 1.0%,the water-soluble extract content shall not be less than 43.0%,the alcohol-soluble extract content shall not be less than 26.0%,and the total content of 5 coumarins shall not be less than 0.01mg/g.(3)Raw and honeyed processed Radix Glehniae slices are divided into four grades: grade 1,grade 2,grade 3 and substandard.(4)The most suitable packaging and storage method for raw Radix Glehniae slices: normal temperature aluminum foil composite film bag;The most suitable packaging and storage method for honeyed Radix Glehniae slices:normal temperature vacuum aluminum foil composite film bag.Conclusion: Through the comparative study on the quality of integration and traditional Aurantii fructus decoction pieces,it is proved that the integrated processing and processing technology of Aurantii fructus can replace the traditional processing technology of Aurantii fructus.The processing technology and quality standards of Radix Glehniae pieces supplemented the gaps under the current Pharmacopoeia Radix Glehniae and provided a strong basis for the revision of the new Pharmacopoeia.The formulation of the grading and packaging and storage standards of Radix Glehniae decoction pieces provides a reference for regulating the market circulation and storage and maintenance of similar Chinese herbal decoction pieces.
