| Objectives To explore the developmental quotient (DQ) and the influencing factors for neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). At the same time, their neurological suquelaes were followed up.Methods The DQ of 88 neonates with HIE were followed up for 1-5 years .their DQ tested by 0-6year-old children intelligence Developmental Scale which complied by the children hospital affiliated to Shanghai Medical University. Meanwhile, their DQ and influencing factors were researched, these factors inclued sex. daily age. fetus age, Apgar Score, symptom and the results of encephal computerized tomography (CT). whether or not had they a complication and used by hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Then these results were by rank sum test of Kruskal-Wallis and x2 test, multi-variable non-condition Logistic regression analysis .Results The DQ of childen with HIE is related to daily age, fetus age, Apgar score, symptom and the results of encephal CT, complication, hyperbaric oxygen treatment (P<0.05 =instead of sex (P>0.05). According to α =0.05, daily age, fetus age, the degree of Apgar score, complication, hyperbaric oxygen treatment were contributed to the DQ of childen with HIE by model of multi-variable non-condition Logistic regression analysis. The motor item , intelligence item in using hyperbaric oxygen treatment group were better than these of no-using hyperbaric oxygen group (P< 0.05).but the item of social adaptive behavior was no difference in two groups. Conclusions The DQ of 88 neonates with HIE was related to the daily age, fetus age, the degree of Apgar score, symptom and the results of encephal CT, complication, hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Moreover, we found the hyperbaric oxygen can improve... |
