Objective: To investigate the relationship among varicosity degree, semen parameters and AsAb of spermatic and peripheral vein blood in patients with varicocele. Methods:37 patients with varicocele were selected with high ligation of varicosity. The degree of varicosity was measured before operation.26 patients were degreeII and the other 11 were degree III, Also they received semen analysis. In operation they were exsanguinate spermatic and peripheral vein blood ,antisperm antibody(AsAb) was measured by ELISA. Results: (1).In varicocele III's patients semen parameters, sperm concentration (10.919×10~6/ml ±3.157×10~6/ml) ﹑a,b grade motile sperm concentration (15.324%+3.299%) ﹑rate of abnormal morphological sperm(25.658%+8.220%) were all great different from varicocele II 's patients sperm concentration (28.555×10~6/ml ±4.710×10~6/ml), a,b grade motile sperm concentration (26.408%+2.951%)﹑rate of abnormal morphological sperm(11.212%+2.210%) (P﹤0.05). varicocele III's sperm motility(19.120%+4.750%)have a significant difference from varicocele II patients(36.700%+3.158%) (P﹤0.01). (2).In semen parameters of patients with varicocele by AsAb(+) group, sperm motility(19.020%+3.353%), a,b grade motile sperm concentration (14.211%+2.703%) were lower than the AsAb(-),one whose sperm motility (37.452%+3.803%), a,b grade motile sperm concentration (27.385%+ 3.010%).There were significant difference among them (P﹤0.01). In AsAb(+) group, sperm concentration (11.811×106/ml ±3.190×106/ml) was lower than AsAb(-) group (28.832×106/ml±4.810×106/ml) (P﹤0.05). (3). 19.23% cases among varicocele II patients were AsAb positive,54.54% cases among varicocele III were AsAb positive , which have significant difference between them (P﹤0.05). (4).18.91% cases among peripheral vein blood were AsAb positive , 23.32% cases among spermatic vein blood were AsAb positive , which have no significant difference among them (P>0.05). Conclusion: By aggravate of varicosity degree in varicocele, It's take a great influence on semen parameters, further more can affect fertility. By comparision of varicocele patients AsAb(+) and AsAb(-) group, sperm concentration﹑sperm motility﹑a,b grade motile sperm concentration significantly degrade, so the opportunity of male infertility increases. The more serious varicocele patient's varicosity degree, the AsAb(+) rate of vein blood is higher, which can induce high probability of immune infertility.
