[Objective] To discuss correlation of seminal plasma biochemical index of male accessory sex gland function markers and sperm concentration,vitality,total energy and the forward movement of the main semen parameters in patient with varicocele.[Methods] Respectively choose 35 pure varicocele infertility patients(group A),27 idiopathic infertility patients with no varicocele(group B)and 37 normal fertility with no varicocele(group C) as the reasearch objects,respectively detect the content of the seminal plasma neutral alpha glycosidase enzymes(epididymal function markers),fructose(seminal vesicle function markers),zinc(prostate function markers),citric acid(prostate function markers) and sperm concentration,sperm survival rate,the total energy,forward movement of main semen parameters of the above research object with fully automatic biochemical immunity analyzer for reproductive medicine and computer aided semen analysis system(CASA).Then these seminal plasma biochemical index contents and semen parameters were statistically difference analysis,and further correlation analysis of seminal plasma biochemical index contents and semen parameters.[Result] We have found no statistical difference about fructose content and sperm concentration between three groups(P>0.05).Compared with group C,the content of seminal plasma neutral alpha glycosidase enzymes,zinc,citric acid,and sperm survival rate,percentage of total energy and forward movement were significantly decreased(P< 0.05).Group A compared with group B,the content of the seminal plasma neutral alpha glycosidase enzymes,zinc and sperm vitality also significantly decreased(P<0.05),but the content of citric acid,sperm survival rate, percentage of forwardmovement no statistical difference(P>0.05).Group A compared with group C,content of the seminal plasma neutral alpha glycosidase enzymes,zinc and citric acid,sperm survival rate,percentage of total energy and forward movement were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The conent of neutral alpha glycosidase enzymes and zinc are positively correlation with the sperm concentration,total energy, the forward movement percentage in group A(P<0.05),fructose is negatively correlation with sperm concentration,total energy,the forward movement percentage in group A(P<0.05),all have no obvious correlation with sperm survival rate,and content of citric acid has no correlation with these semen parameters(P>0.05).The conent of neutral alpha glycosidase enzymes and citric acid are not correlation with the sperm concentration,total energy, the forward movement percentage in group B.There is a same correlation about fructose and zinc on group A and B.There is no correlation between all seminal plasma biochemical markers and semen parameters in group C.[Conclusion] Varicocele can affect male accessory sex gland secretion and lower survival rate, the total energy and forward movement percentage,finally leading to male fertility decline.
