| Objective: To detect the ideal methods of pre-operation diagnosis and obtaining sample from post-operation specimen in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CM). Methods: 99 cases of CIN who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March, 2000 to March, 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Calculate the suffering number of CIN in various age-range(per 10years) and the inspected positive number per year. There were 3 kinds of biopsy methods which were usded to pre-operation diagnose, naked eye biopsy (29 cases), colposcopical biopsy (60 cases) and cone biopsy by loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) (4 cases) . Compare the pathology diagnosis of pre-operation with post-operation respectively. There were 2 kinds of methods of obtaining sample from post-operation specimen, general method(81 cases) and "12" spots method(18 cases). Compare the change of pathology diagnosis of general method with "12" spots method. Results: (1)The inspected positive number was 4, 5,10,22, and 58 cases year after year and the number of suffering was 4, 46, 40, 7, and 2cases in various age-range, respectively. (2)Making naked eye biopsy, 8 cases of diagnosis upgrade were found, the rate of leak diagnosis was 17.14%; Making colposcopical biopsy, 2 cases of diagnosis upgrade were found, the rate of leak diagnosis was 3.33%; there was significant difference between naked eye biopsy and colposcopical biopsy (p<0.05) . The rate of leak diagnosis by LEEP is 0, but compared with the colposcopical biopsy, there was no significant difference (p>0.05) . (3)Making general method of obtaining samples from specimen, 6 cases of diagnosis upgrade were found, the rate of diagnosis upgrade was 7.41%; 2 cases of diagnosis upgrade were found by "12" spots method, the rate of diagnosis upgrade was 11.11%, but there was no significant difference (p>0.05 ) . Conclution: (1)The inspected positive number of CIN is going up year after year; the age of suffering is more of 30-49 years. (2)The accordant diagnosis rate ofcolposcopical biopsy is higher than that of naked eye biopsy (p<0.05) , LEEP is superior to colposcopical biopsy (/?>0.05) . (3)As discovering diagnosis upgrade," 12" spots method is possibly superior to than the general method, but the study of larger series of patients are required to prove it further. |
