The different signal ,gene, protein etc. overpass the different conduction pathes activation Caspase and certain enzyme duing the process of hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury ,ultimately result in DNA schizolysis. Thereby lead to apoptosis and cellular necrosis . The rencently reseech show that the intra- venous anesthetic propofol have the protection effect to hepatic ischemia/re- perfusion injury . propofol can clean out the free radicle which genera-tioned duing rperfu- sion, ]inhibition lipid peroxidation, protection the activation of endogenous anti- oxygen system and hepatic cell envelope, blocked intracellular Ca2+ overloading. Efficiency restrain many element of inflammatory reaction which he- terophil granulocyte particpatde in. antagonism overact inflammatory reaction of orga- nism .accordingly reduced the hepatic cells apoptosis and the injury of hepatic ischemia/reperfusion.This study discuss the protection efecct of propofol to hepatic ischemia/reperfusion whether relation to apoptosis and NF-kB methods:Elect 36 good health male SD rat establish the model of liver ischemia-reperfusion, rats were assigned as follows three groups, group HI/R beforehepatic ischemia 30min continue inject isotonic Na chloride lOml/kg/h until lh afte reperfusion by micro injection pumpg . roup HI/R+propofol before hepatic ischemia 30min continue inject propofol 30ml/kg/h until lh afte reperfusion by micro injection pumpg .and group control, no ischemia and inject continue inject isotonic Na chloride lOml/kg/h 1.5h. The example of each group observation the express of NF-kB by the microscope and the hepatic apoptosis by electron microscope.results:The result of immunohistochemistry show that the express of NF-kB in I/R+propofol is manifest reduce than simple I/R. The result of electron microscope show that apoptosis in VR+propofol didn't predominance better than simple I/R. conclusion:The protection effect of propofol to hepatic is related to NF-kappa B and apoptosis, and manifest reduce the hepatic apoptosis which caused by I/R injury.
