| Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Yiyanling guanule on experimental acute pancreatitis(AP)in Rats. Methods Study on effect of Yiyanling Granule on experimental rat models with mild acute pancreatitis(MAP) and nevere acute pancreatitis(NAP). The apoptosis and CD18,CD54 were determined by using Flow Cytometry, Ca2+ level in acinar cells of acute pancreatitis rats was measured by using confocal microscopy the expression of p53,Bax were determined by using enzyme immunohistochemistry,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 were determined by using radioimmunoassay, serum malondialdehyde(MDA) was determined by using thiobarbiturate, etc. Results Yiyanling Granules can obviously decrease MDA level of blood plasma, improve red blood cells SOD activity, increase the apoptosis and lower Ca2+ level in acinar cells of acute pancreatitis rats. Conclusion Yiyanling Granules can correct the imbalance of Oxygen free radical metabolism, enhance the apoptosis speed of damaged pancreas acinar cells, lower the Ca2+ concentration in pancreas acinar cells and adjust metabolism of cytokines. Yiyanling Granules has an obvious healing effect on acute pancreatitis in rats and plays an positive role on stabilizing and controlling symptoms. |
