Effect Of IP Regimen On 35 Recurrent And Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Objective: To observe the effect and side effects of IP regimen for patients with recurrent and refractory Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Methods: 1.5g/m² IFO was administered iv by drop on d_1-5; Mesna 0.4g,iv at 0, 4hour after the administration of IFOon d_1-5; 30mg/m² cisplatin iv by drop on d_1-3. Results: In all 35 patients, 5 CR and 23 PR, 80%of response rate were achieved.Main toxicities were neutropenia and thrombocytopenis with occurrence rate of 77.1%, 34.3%, â…¢ or â…£ neutropenia were 25.7%, 11.4%. Conclusion: IP regimen can achieve a satisfied results in the treatment of recurrent and refractory Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with well tolerated toxicity.
