Influence Of Lentinan On The Subset Of T Lymphocyte In Mouse Bearing Tumors

IntroductionRecently years with the development of tumor immunology immunotherapy has become another important method after surgery , radiotherapy and chemotherapy. After eliminating most tumor cells with routine methods such as surgery , radiotherapy and chemotherapy, immunotherapy can increase the effect of tumor therapy and possibly achieve the goal to cure tumor.LNT as an immunity agent has been used to treat tumors for many years. LNT is able to induce the increase of T and B lymphocyte and to raise NK cells.Our study is to observe the effects of LNT on T lymphocyte subpolulation in mouse bearing tumors.Experiment materials and methods1. Experiment objects;40 kunming mice,20female and 20 male ,weight 18 ~22g.2. Experiment material and instruments;LNT,CTX,clean table,Light microscope ,Electronic balance, buffer, Beaker , dropper, Straws , Dimethylbenzene, flow cytometer.3. Experiment procedures;(1) Randomize 40 mice into 4 groups, one is control group, the others are experiment groups.(2) Inject drugs into abdominal cavities of experiment mice, and inject saline into abdominal cavities of control mice.(3) Continuously injecting drugs 10 days, After 24 hours of the last injec-tion , we anaesthesiaed all the animals , separated heads took 0.5 ~ 1. 0 ml blood.(4) CD4+ and CD8 + were detected in blood of mice by flow cytometer.4. Statistical analysis;Database was set up in SPSS2. 0 . SNK - q test in ANOVA was used to solve the data.Results1. Detection of tumor weight:The weight of tumor in mice in the group of CTX and LNT is lightener than that of negative control group.2. Detection of CD4+ and CD8+ :CD4 + and CD8 + in negative control mice are obviously lower than normal contral group.
