Expression Of Trefoil Factor 3 (TFF3) And The Relationship To Pediatric Critical Illness

Objective to search a prognostic and Diagnostic mark of gastrointestinal tract failed. And to explore expression significance of Trefoil factor 3 (TFF3) in the pediatric critical illness.Methods 63 Sample were divided into three groups: Control group which;critical illness group;critical illness concurrence gastrointestinal tract failed groups. ELISA was used to detect the expression of serum TFF3 of groups .critical illness concurrence gastrointestinal tract failed groups were detect three times. Use spss 13.0 to deal with experimental data.Results before it occur gastrointestinal tract failed, Serum TFF3 expression in pediatric critical illness concurrence gastrointestinal tract failed were remarkable higher than that normal child and pediatric critical illness which weren't gastrointestinal tract failed, and significantly inverse correlation with degree of gastrointestinal tract failed and scoring.Conclusion TFF3 should be a good prognostic and Diagnostic mark of gastrointestinal tract failed, and it should be a good drug to prevent and cure the gastrointestinal tract failed of pediatric critical illness.
