The Isolation And Structure Identification Of Volatile Oils And Flavonoids From The Bud Of Lonicera Ruprechtiana Regel

Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel is shrubs of the Caprifoliaceae and largely distributed over regions of China, especially at the Changbai Mountain. Its chemical compounds and biological activities are as same as Lonicera japonica Thunb. The contents of chlorogenic acid which has antibiosis active are no less than Lonicera japonica Thunb and its bacteriostatic action is better than Lonicera japonica Thunb. Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel may replace Lonicera japonica Thunb. Therefore, it is important to develop and utilize Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel.There is no report for chemical composition of the Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel. We carried out some research on the abstraction, isolation, identification of volatile oils and flavonoids from the Bud of Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel, and we compare similarities and differences between Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel and Lonicera japonica Thunb.
