Purpose:To evaluate the changes of visual function after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)with contrast sensitivity visual acuity(CSVA)in low , medium ,high myopica.Methods:170 eyes of 85 patients were measured. Low myopic group (≥-0.5Dand≤-3.00D)was 28 cases(56eyes), medium myopicgroup (≥-3.25 Dand≤-6.00D)was 30 cases(60eyes),High myopica group (≥-6.25D) was 27 cases(54eyes). Patients were measured with F.A.C.T(Stereo optical)chart before and 1 week , 1 month, 3 months after LASIK respectively except normal items.Results:1.The results in every groups:one week after operation: every spacial frequency was depressed.6,12cpd were significant fall.one month after operation: the recovery of every spacial frequency was to the preoperative levels in low myopic group. The 12,18cpd were not to the preoperative levels in the other groups.Three months after operation: the recovery of every spacial frequency was to the preoperative levels in low , medium myopic group.the recovery of every spacial frequency was to the preoperative levels except 12,18cpd in high myopica group.2.results between groups:Among three groups Preoperation: these spacial frequencies of low, medium and high myopia was not different apparently.one week after operation: every spacial frequency depressed was not significant different between low myopic group and medium myopic group or...
