The Research Of Qiangji Jianli Yin Interventing The Immunity System Of Myasthenia Gravis Patients

As modern medical science, the fluid immunity leaded by Achab and the cell immunity reaction leaded by T cells are important outbreak mechanisms of Myasthenia gravis. According to the clinic experience of many years, professor Tietao,Deng considers that Myastheniagravis disease is usually asthenia, it's mainly caused by asthenia of splenic qi and stomach because asthenia can cause impairment of qi, finally result to impairment of five Zang-organs. So we had done much research and manufacture series QiangJi Jianli drugs which aimed at this disease under this theory. The mechanism research of the Qiangji Jianli Yin will have important research value for prefer research have attained better clinic effects, Objective:1. To observe the clinical symptom changes in patients with myasthenia gravis who are treated with Qiangji Jianli Yin that is under the theory "asthenia of spleen and stomach are relating among five Zang-organs" of professor Tietao, Deng.2. Compare the changes of lymphocyte T cells in myasthenia gravis patient's blood after the treatment with Qiangji Jianli Yin through FCM(flow cytometry) to know the approach of the drug.Method:40 cases of I or II type patients in the first hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM in period 2005-03 to 2006-03 were arbitrarily divided into experimental group(20 cases, Qiangji Jianli Yin units Pyridostigmine Bromide Tablets) and control groups(20 cases, Pyridostigmine Bromide Tablets only). All clinical symptom changes of each patient in 14d, 30d, 44d, 60d were recorded after given medicine and CD3, CD4, CD8 T cells in blood were measured by FCM before therapy and after the treatment, and then calculate the CD4/ CD8 value. Use SPSS 11.0 software to statistics data, use X~2 test and t test. Results:No significant difference in gender, age, symptom or type, course of illness and symptom scores between two groups. But symptoms result in a great improvement ofpatients in experimental group. There is significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the 30th day and the 60th day after treatment in each group (P > 0.05) ,compared with the control group . Compared with the control group, lassitude, abdominal distension after meal, abnormal defecation, bland taste, state of the tongue and pulse are changed significant (PO.05) . And T cells in blood after treatment in each group are significant different from before treatment. CD4 in blood, CD4/CD8 value change, and less side reaction or toxic reaction in the control group are different in the treatment group (P<0.05) Conclusion:Compared with taking western medicines only, useing Qiangji Jianli Yin units the western medicines treats the disease to be able to improve well patient's condition, and may prevent the Symptoms recurring.1. Qiangji Jianli Yin uniting the western medicine can obviously reduce the patient's symptom, and the effect is better than using western medicmes only.2. Qiangji Jianli Yin can adjust the T lymphocyte bidirectionally, suppresseing the Th cells, promoting the Tc cells,to improve patient's immunity system.3. Qiangji Jianli Yin has the function that can reduce or resiste the poisonous or side effect of western medicines, and it's no any poisonous or side effect, prompting that it's can be applicated widespreadly according the concrete condition.
