| Objective: To establish animal model of rat diabetes. to observe the neuromuscular morphous changes density and gray scale of model group and Fluvastatin group. To approach the mechanism of diabetes neuromyopathy and observe the effects of Fluvastatin. Methods: 40 Sprague-Dawley male rats weighing 200-240g were randomly divided into four groups. Fluvastatin control group(A)Control group(D),model group(C),Fluvastatin group(B), each ten. C group and B group used streptozotocin (STZ)-diabetic male rats as the model group. Diluted Fuvastatin as intragastric drug were given to group A and group B. Equals water were given to C group and D group. To got quadriceps femora's muscle and sural nerve in 6 and 8 weeks. Simple root nerve was separated with anatomy microscope for observe the change of myelin and neuraxon. Muscle were divided in to two parts, one of them was stained with enzymohistochemistry after freezing by nitrogen. Observing the changes of morphous, typing and enzyme of muscle cells. Analysising gray scale and optical density value through analytical system of cell images. The other was made into semithin sections for observing ultramicrostructure of cell through transmission electron... |
