The paper identifed the best distilled conditions, that time is 60mini temperature is 100℃,and using broken way.The thesis primarily analyzed the key health-care ingredients, the alkaloids and flavonoids, in the extracts and precipitate by different testing and analytical methods, such as UV-VIS(Ultraviolet-Visible Spectorphotometry), TLC (Thin Layer Chromato-graphy) and RP-HPLC(Reversed-phase High Pertormance Liquid Chromatography), and conventional chemistry methods.
