| Objective: To observe the pathologic changes (atrophy , necrosis , apoptosis)of pericystic hepatocytes in hepatic hydatid disease, Preliminary studies of the mechanism of hepatocyte"disappearance"on cystic echinococcosis , provided a little foundamental knowledge for the formative mechanism of the"exo-adventitia".Methods: The research was carried out using light microscope and TDT-mediated Desoxyuridine Triphosphate nick end-labeling (TUNEL) , Meanwhile , The expressions of Bcl-2,Bax protein were detected by immunohistochemical method in 30 cases of the pericystic tissues of Cystic Echinococcosis, 6 cases were sent to Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) laboratory for observing ultrastructure of hepatocytes , 10 cases of normal hepatic tissues were assigned to controlled group.Result: The pathological observation indicated that hepatocyte atrophy and necrosis were seen obviously, liver cell cords parallelly arranged , shapes and sizes of most hepatocytes were smaller than normal cells, a few hepatocytes were fatty degeneration . TEM revealed sings of necrosis and atrophy of hepatocytes adjacent to the hydatid. The results of TUNEL assay showed that AI of hepatocytes apoptosis were 0.12% in the pericystic hepatic tissues, the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein were 6.6% and 13.3% respectively;there were no difference with contrast. Conclusion:The results indicated that It were comprehensive mechanisms to induce the hepatocyte"disappearance". Hepatocyte pressure atrophy, malnutrition atrophy ,necrosis and live apoptosis coparticpiate in the process of"disappearance"of hepatocyte, .hepatocyte pressure atrophy, malnutrition atrophy and necrosis were possibly a predominant mechanisms to hepatocyte"disappearance"in cystic echinococcosis , hepatocyte atrophy , hepatocyte necrosis and fibrosis of piping system were possibly participated to form the"exo-adventitia". |
