Objective: To Observe the therapeutic effect of Stronger Neo-Minophagen C (SNMC) in treating eczema and atopic dermatitis (AD) and study the therapeutic mechanism in mice with eczematous and atopic dermatitis (AD).Methods1. Clinical Observation89 patients with eczema and AD were randomly allocated to mizolastine group , SNMC group and mizolastine group. The mizolastine group were only treated with mizolastine , while the SNMC group and mizolastine group were treated with SNMC and mizolastine . Therapy time is 4 weeks. We observed pathogenetic condition at one, two, four week after drug therapy .2. Experimental study(1) Mice model of AD20μl of 100mg/ml OVA solution was applied on mice abdomen for seven days, which was repeated one time again after two weeks. SNMC of different concentration was injected in mice abdomen as well as OVA solution for external use. Serum level of IgE was examined by ELISA after the experimentation.(2) Mice model of eczema0.5%DNFB 25 μl was applied on the abdomen of mice in the first and second day of experimentation. On the sixth day, 0.5%DNFB 20 μl was applied at left ear back of mice, basic material 20 μl was acted as control at right ear back, different concentration of SNMC was injected in the abdomen of mice before 2 hours of external use in the first, second, third and sixth day.
