| Objective A great deal of experiments show that Nitric Oxide and Endothelin play an important role in the spinal card secondary injury. But the NO and ET examined are from the injured spinal. The way of injection is through abdominal cavity and cavitas subarachnoidealis. And at the same time there are few reports on NO and ET mechanism in the spinal card secondary injury. I took the way of vein injection in my experiment and examine the NO and ET in vein blood. Such an experiment is closer to the clinic.This experiment aims at observation of the Chroma of Nitric Oxide And Endothelin Changed in Blood during the Early Period in Dog's Spinal Card Injury And the Effect of Sense Behavior. And also provide the basic materials.Materials and Methods 20 adult and healthy dogs whose weights ranged from 11 to 15kg were randomized into four groups of five each: group A, the normal comparison ; group B, the spinal injury ; group C, L-Arg ; group D, Nw -Nitro-L-Arginine Methyl Ester(L-NAME). The dogs were hit at the T13 spinal cord by Allen's way and caused the acute spinal card injury except group A. All the dogs were kept meatuses in vein jugularis interna in order to be examined the NO and ET in blood. Group A: no spinal card injury , no drugs ; group B: no treatment after injuried ; group C: injected L-Arg 300mg/kg in vein after injuried 10 minutes later, then the same once a day , three days in total ; group D:... |
