Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a familiar and characteristic disease of obstetrics. This disease occurs 20 weeks after pregnancy. Epidermal growth factor is another important growth factor secreting from placenta which combine with epidermal growth factor receptor expressing by cytotrophoblast. It has almost the same function as INH. The level of EGF and EGFR in plasma is rising during gestation.
