| Objective: To explore the suppression gene OVCA1 whether have the inhibiting effection in invasion and metastasis of the ovarian cancer cell A2780 in vitro or not. The ovarian cancer is one of the most common feminine malignant tumors, lacking of the effective early diagnosis methods until now. When discovered it often have been in the later period, its 5-year survival rate is low, round about 25%-30%, that is related with the character of invasion and metastasis. Therefore, to inhibit ovarian cancer cell invade and metastasize have the vital significance for the malignant tumor treatment and enhancing cancer patients survival rate. The invasion and metastasis of the tumor cell is a many factors and many stages process. The tumor suppression gene have an effect in many levels of cell signal conduction thus display vital role in the tumor metastasis, along with the tumor molecular biology development, new tumor suppression gene were discovered unceasingly and researched thoroughly. The OVCA1 gene is a tumor suppression gene which identified on the basis of mapping allelic loss and positional cloning methods in 1996 by Schultz, associate with liver, lung, ovarian, breast tumors and so on, located in highly conservative region of human chromosome 17p13.3, its mRNA long 2217 bp, code a protein which contain 443 amino acids, this protein molecular weight is 50KD, also has the certain relations with the P53 gene. Recently overseas have carried on many studies on the OVCA1 gene through vitro and animal experiments suggest the formation and the development of the ovarian cancer is related with the OVCA1 gene , the research indicated the OVCA1 gene can inhibit the ovarian cancer cell grow obviously,... |
