BACKGRUND:Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP) is one of the most common hypersensitivity systemic vasculitis in childhood. The morbidity is increasing in recently years. Besides the symptom of skin, articulation and abdomen , Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP) often accompanies with the damage of kidney in different degree,which will directly influence the courses of diseases and prognoses. There are many factors in the process of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephritis( HSPN),such as the abnormity of humoral immunity and cell immunity, the participation cytokine and inflammatory mediators. Cytokine play an important aid role in the pathogenesis. Many researches reported that it increases the levels of IL-6,IL-8 in serum from patient with HSP. Knowing the diversification of levels of IL-6,IL-8 conduce to observe the change of illness states and reaction of drug therapy of patient with HSP, and also provide Theories foundation for anticoagulant therapy and prognostic assessment.
