Eyeball is an important demic organ. Eye movement is related to eyeball, connective tissue, the movement of extraocular muscles and the activity controlled by nerves, so the eye movement is very complicated. Therefore it is significant greatly to make eye movement mechanism clear, and to the operation and surgery of clinical extraocular muscles disease by making biodynamics model of eye movement. The study of eye movement has developed to motor function from by kinetic imaging from fault dissec of extraocular muscles by static imaging with the development of MRI technique. Many findings indicate that the dynamic MRI of eye movement is beneficial for ananlyzing and explaining abnormality mechanism of eye movement and treatment plan.normal eye movement of the 18 adults has been undertaken dynamic MRI in the study. Measurement coordinate system has been built and some pertinent indexes have been measured by computer software. The measured data is longitudinal, which indicates the change of law among phenomenon and the data is deal with time series analysis usually. There has not been reported that random time series analysis is adopted to deal with the longitudinal data. Random time series analysis and pertinent statistics knowledge will be adopted and the multivariate time series models will be made to study dynamic relation and the change of law among series in the paper.
