This thesis is based on culture history of the pre-Qin period, academic history and medical history materials, and combines the key thought of Yellow Emperor's Inner Cannon. They settle foundation of the monism taking the QI as the centre, form Tout ensemble concept, establish the function pattern of state of viscera, meridian and Chinese crude drug. The theory of Huanglao philosophy and Yin-Yang specialist promote the formation of TCM theory system.
