The normal group received no treatm-ent. The Sodium Chloride group was castrated and injected Sodium Chloride (0.3 ml/kg/day, s.c.) for 30 days. The model group was castrated and injected estradiol benzoate (0.25 mg/kg/day, s.c.) for 30 days. Prostates were harvested after 30 days injection. Prostatic tissue was examined histologically for degree of inflammation. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | nonbacterial chronic prostatitis, animal model, estradiol benzoate, ultrasound, microbubble, medcine concentration, rat, cernilton, prostate, EA-10, ultrasound, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, rat | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
