Objective:1. To establish a sensitive and reproducible analytical method for determination of individual free and conjugated bile acids by high performance liquid chromatography-tendem mass spectrometry (HPLC- MS/MS).2. To detect the concentration of bile acids in serum of patients with severe and mild intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP), of healthly pregnancies by HPLC-MS/MS and get a profile of bile acids, which can be used as a sensitive and specific marker for ICP diagnosis and diagnosis of grading.Methods:1.
