Experimental Study On Adrenal Allografts Using Fetal Rats At Different Stages Of Pregnancy As Donors

ObjectsWe design this experiment to provide clinical adrenal allografts with some experimental data.MethodsDeviding 30 SD rats into 5 groups.Group A, probing adrenals only;Group B, excising bilateral adrenals; Group C,D and E,after excising bilateral adrenals,implanting a fetal rat's adrenal(on the 16 th,18th,20th day of pregnancy respectively)beneath subrenal capsule of right renal.After operation,we observed changes of rats'weights.the serum levels of corticosterone were detected by radio-immunoassay(RIA).the constructions of transplants were displayed under microscope.Resultsâ‘´Constructures of adrenal tissue: Under microscope ,we found the capsule of implant got thick,there were many proliferated cell under it.The glomerular zone and the fascicular zone both had been reconstructed.At...
