ObjectivesTo evaluate the results of treament of femoral neck fracture in young adults with ilic bone graft with muscular pedicles of both musculus tensor fasciae latae and musculus sartorius and fixation with two screws and one Knowles pin and test the stability of the fixation to provide scientific proof for clinical application.1. the aim of mechanical testMake clear the global effect of excavating out a slot and imbedding a piece of iliac bone in femoral neck to its mechanical stability. If its rigidity of compression and torsion changes, evaluate statistical meanings of these changes. Based on the experimental conclusion, we can design operation more scientifically, normalize our operation and make fixation more stable. At the same time, we can formulate scheme of function training and determine juncture for weight loading for every patien more scientifically.2. the aim of clinical researchFollow up the 19 patiens and record the information of their recovery. Study and evaluate curative effect of this surgical method. Analyse the causes of failure cases to improve our knowledge of this disease and curative effect and make academic study flourishing.Methods1. methods of mechanical test...
