Ledum Palustre L., is a kind of source plant widely distributed in the northeast of China(especially in Daxing'anling region), which belongs to Ericaceae family. Some researchers have studied the essential oil of it and conformed some compounds by GC-MS. But the aerial part of it has not been studied. In this paper, we have researched the chemical constituents of the aerial part of Ledum Palustre L.. From the 95% ethanol extract, by methods of the column chromatography and recrystallization, 15 compounds were isolated. On the basis of their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis, ten compounds have been identified as taraxerol(1), ursolic acid (2), uvaol (3), squalene (4), euphol acetate(5), 4', 7-dimethylapigenin (6), quercetin (7), kaempferol (8), gossypetin (9), β-sitosterol (10) . Among them, the compound 4 and 5 were obtained from the Ericaceae family for the first time, and the compound 8, 9 were isolated from the Ledum genus for the first time. |
