Objective1 To successfully establish Han's white matter damage(WMD) model in 2-day postnatal SD rat; 2 To observe apoptosis of neurocytes and changes of Nogo-B and MAPKAPK-2 in P2 SD rat with white matter damage;3 To explore the mechanism of Nogo-B and MAPKAPK-2 on the apoptosis of neurocytes in newborn rat with white matter damage.MethodsOne hundred and four 2-day postnatal SD rats(weight:5.4-8.6g) were randomly divided into 2 groups: shamsurgery(control group), n=47, hypoxic-ischemic brain damage (experimental group), n=57 .WMD models were established according to Han's model. During the experiment ,12 pups from experimental group died of surgery or hypoxia , 2 from control group died. The pups (45 in each group)were perfused at 30min, 1h, 4h, 12h, 1d, 3d, 7d, 14d, 21d of recovery from hypoxic-ischemia. TUNEL was applied...
