Objective1 To set up the neonatal rats model of white matter damage (WMD); 2 To observe apoptosis of neurocytes and changes of Nogo-Bprotein and bcl-2 protein in P2 SD rat with white matter damage;3 To explore the mechanism of Nogo-B protein and bcl-2 protein on the apoptosis of neurocytes in newborn rat with white matter damage.MethodsOne hundred and four 2-day postnatal SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: experimental group (n=57) and control group (n=28), after hypoxia-ischemia 12 pups die in the experimental group and 2 pups die in the control group. The pups were perfused at 30min, 1h, 4h, 12h, 24h, 3d, 7d, 14d, 21d of recovery from hypoxic-ischemia.
