Objective: The purpose of this research is to establish indicator system that is adaptable to medical enterprise job evaluation and this research used the point method of job evaluation. Job evaluation has been widely applied in other industry and corporation and achieved outstanding effect. But it is seldom been used in medical treatment industry. In our country the governmental hospitals mostly adopt traditional headship hierarchical wage distribution system which does not incarnate the compensable factor well in the compensation design. Hence, it does not play the invigorative part as expected. The property rights system innovation of governmental hospitals is also imperative under the situation and multiple operation forms will alter the traditional simplex distribution system to a certainty.
