| Objective: To observe the effects of Comfeel plus transparent dressing in the prevention and treatment of rabbit phlebitis and explore its mechanism. Methods: Through conclusion and elimination, 24 healthy large-eared Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: the model group, the group smeared with 25 % MgSO2 and the group of Comfeel plus transparent dressing. Each group had 8 rabbits. The animal model of experimental phlebitis was estabilished by 20% mannitol infusion. Each group was given respective preventive measures five minutes after each transfusion. Specimen were taken 24 hours after transfusion and pathological examination was given to the ear vein of each group of rabbits.
