Objective: To study the expression and correlation P27, Survivin, PCNA in breast carcinomas. Methods: the expression of P27, Survivin, PCNA was studied in 48 cases of breast carcinomas by immumohistochemical technology .At the same time .29 cases of benign lesions served as control. Result: 1. Positive rates of P27, Survivin, PCNA in breast benign lesions were 79.3%(23/29), 24.1%(7/29), 27.6%(8/29) respectively. Positive rates of P27, Survivin, PCNA in breast carcinomas were 42%(20/48), 72.9%(35/48), 77.1%(37/48) respectively. Positive rates of P27 in breast benign lesions and in breast carcinomas had significance of statistics(p<0.01). Positive rates of P27 in breast carcinomas were notably lower than in breast benign lesions(p<0.01). Positive rates of Survivin in breast benign lesions and in breast carcinomas had significance of statistics(p<0.01). Positive rates of Survivin in breast carcinomas were notably higher than in breast benign lesions(p<0.01). Positive rates of PCNA in breast benign lesions and in breast carcinomas had significance of statistics(p<0.01). Positive rates of PCNA in breast carcinomas were notably higher than in breast benign lesions(p<0.01). 2. The expression of P27 in breast carcinomas did not correlate with age, nation(p>0.05). But, Expression of P27 in breast carcinomas was associated with hitological grading(p<0.01) the expression of suivivin, PCNA in breast carcinomas did not correlate with age, nation, histological grading(p>0.05). 3. There was a negative...
