| Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Rhodiola rosea L. and its antioxidation, to expand effect of Rhodiola rosea L. and to establish firm foundament for further developing and utilizing of Rhodiola rosea L. in Xingjiang. Method: To use heating racirculation extractio to extract the herb, and adopt silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography for separation, and appling chemical reactions and spectroscopic means such as UV, IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 2D-NMR, MS to identify the structure of the compounds. In addition, we also studied the effect of antioxygen of fourteen kinds of extracts on rat liver lipid peroxidation induced by Fe2+-Cysteine for sieving the active fraction. Result: We have isolated six compounds from water extract fraction and six fatty soluble compounds from MeOH extract fraction. At present, we have finished appraising the structures of ten compounds by chemical reaction and spectroscopic means such as UV, IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 2D-NMR, MS and identified eleven compounds as tyrosol(I), salidroside (II ),kaempferol(III),kaempferol-7-0-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(IV),herbacetin-7-0-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(V),herbacetin-7-O-(3"-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(VI),crenulatin(VII), 5,7,3',5'-tetrahydroxy-flavanone(VI), P-sitosterol(IX), daucosterol (X). The results of antioxygen showed that the insoluble extracts in acetoacetate, the water extracts of isolation by Alcohol(30%) by macroporous resin, the water extracts of isolation by Alcohol(50%) by macroporous resin, the water extracts of isolation by Alcohol(70%) by macroporous resin and the water extracts of isolation by methanol by Sephadex LH-20 had even better effects of antioxygen. |
