The Analysis Of HBV Markers In The Rural Areas Of Zhaodong City Of Heilongjiang Province In 1986 And 2005 And A Comparative Study On Five Brands HBV Diagnostic Kits

Objective:To master the distribution change of hepatitis B virus markers, HBsAg,anti-HBs and anti-HBc, in the rural areas population of Zhaodong City of Heilongjiang Province, analyze the preventive effectiveness of Hepatitis B immunization work; compare five brands HBV diagnostic kits, appraise the quality of them.Methods:1 Two cross-sectional seroepidemiologic studies of hepatitis B virus markers were carried out in the rural areas population of Zhaodong City of Heilongjiang Province using the same seroepidemiology questionnaire in 1986 and 2005. Tested hepatitis B virus markers (HBsAg,anti-HBs,anti-HBc) with RIA kits manufactured by Beijing Beifang Institute of Biological Technology.2 Select 30 HBsAg positive serum, 30 anti-HBs positive serum, 30 anti-HBc positive serum, 30 HBsAg negative serum, 30 anti-HBs negative serum, 30 anti-HBc negative serum from Shandong Jiyang of 15~40 years old people'blood samples.
