Objective: Hyperlipidemia is the most important factor that may cause atherosclerosis , which gives rise to the cardiovascular disease and has been the major reason of the human death. The mechanism of atherosclerosis has been studied for many years. The hyperlipidemia is the most important reason. In the recent years, the inflammation has the major effect on the formation and development of the atherosclerosis. But the inflammation reaction during the stage of the hyperlipidemia has been researched less. In this experiment, the blood level of high-sensitive C reactive protein (Hs-CRP), homocysteine (Hcy) and the plama level of Von Willebrand factor (vWF) in patients with simple hyperlipidemia were researched. In the same time, the effect of simvastatin on the lipids and the Hs-CRP, Hcy and vWF were observed. Methods: 50 patients with simple hyperlipidemia, who came from the out-patient clinic (27 males and 23 females), administrated simvastatin, with average age of 50.3±6.9 years. Another 30 healthy people was in control group (14 males and 16 females) , with average age of 52.1±6.6 years. The diagnosis criterion of the hyperlipidemia was based on "the suggestion of...
